At GDITech.COM, we are committed to protecting your privacy.
We use the information we collect about you to process orders
and to provide a more personalized shopping experience. We
may use the information we collect occasionally to notify
you about important functionality change to the website, new
services, and special offers we think you'll find valuable.
When you order, we need to know your name, e-mail address,
and shipping addresses. This allows us to process and fulfill
your order and to notify you of your order status.
We do not sell or trade your personal information to others.
We may release account information when we believe, in good
faith, that such release is reasonably necessary to (1) comply
with the law, (2) enforce or apply any term(s) of our user
agreement(s) or (3) protect the rights, property or safety
of GDITech.com, our users, or others. By using our website,
you consent to the collection and authorized use of this information
by GDITech.com. If we decide to change our privacy policy,
we will post those changes on this page so that you are always
aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under
what circumstances we disclose it.

2. Typographical Errors
GDITech.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any order
placed for products listed with typographical errors, e.g.
incorrect prices -- whether or not the order has been confirmed.
If your check has already been withdrawn for the purchase
and your order is canceled, GDITech.com shall issue a credit
to your account the same amount charged.

3. Order Acceptance Policy
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation
does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it
constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. GDITech.com
reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order
to accept or decline your order for any reason. We reserve
the right at any time after receipt of your order, without
prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you
ordered of any item.

4. Payment and Shipping Policies
- Credit Cards
We accept Visa and Master cards.
- Money Orders, Cashier's Checks, Company Checks & Personal
Checks
GDITech.com accepts money orders, cashier's checks, personal
checks and company checks in US Dollars only. Orders are processed
when funds are actually cleared and deposited into our account.
GDITech.com cannot guarantee the availability of a product
by the time funds clear or payment is received. We will charge
a $25 fee on all returned checks.
- General Shipping
After you have selected a shipping method and provided your
shipping address during the online ordering process, the applicable
charges for shipping and handling will be displayed. We do not
ship on Saturday or Sunday. All shipments are subject to stock
availability. The time it will take for you to receive your
order depends on the Product Availability time and the shipping
time for the delivery method you will have selected. Product
availability time usually will be three to five days. If an
order is shipped via UPS, the tracking information will be provided
when available. Tracking information is not provided for order
shipped via the U.S. Postal Service. Shipping Within the Continental
United States Domestic shipping options within the Continental
U.S. include UPS/Ground, UPS/3 Day, UPS/2nd Day Air, UPS/Next
Day Air, and the U.S. Postal Service. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii,
and U.S. Territories Outside the Continental U.S. Shipping options
include UPS/2nd Day Air, UPS/Next Day Air, and the U.S. Postal
Service. Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories
outside the Continental U.S. are subject to additional shipping
and handling charges - which will be quoted and emailed to our
customers after we receive the orders.
For International Customers: We may require an international
order to be paid by Money Order or Cashier's Check. International
orders will be shipped via the U.S. Postal Service Priority
or Express Mail unless you request otherwise, and the S&H
fee will differ from the standard one (please send shipping
inquiries to: shipping@gditech.com). Tracking information
may not be available. International S&H fees will be quoted
and e-mailed to customers separately after we receive your
order.
- Risk of Loss
All items purchased from GDITech.com are made pursuant to a
shipment contract. This means that risk of loss and title for
such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

5. Pricing
We offer you consistently low prices at our site. All prices
are listed in U.S. dollars. We do not have a price-match policy
at this time.
Despite our best efforts, some items at our site are mispriced.
Please note that we verify prices as part of our shipping
procedures.
- If an item's correct price is lower than our stated price,
we charge the lower
amount and ship you the item.
- If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price,
we will, at our discretion,
either contact you for instructions before shipping
or cancel your order and notify
you of such cancellation.

6. Cancel Order
Your order cancellation is completed only after you received
the cancellation confirmation e-mail from us. In case the
cancellation is unsuccessful (i.e. we shipped out your order
already), you have two choices: 1. Accept the order (i.e.,
forget about the cancellation); OR 2. Refuse shipment (i.e.,
not accept delivery from U.P.S. or any other shipping entity
we use). By refusing shipment, you authorize us to charge
you an additional ten dollars ($10.00) per box (to defray
the charge our shipping carrier will charge us for a refused
shipment). In any of the cases above, shipping and handling
charges will NOT be refunded. Requesting the cancellation
after the order processed, you authorize us to charge eight
dollars ($8) per order (e.g. to defray the processing charge,
our credit card center will charge us).
Please allow 2-4 weeks for refunds to be processed and credited
to your account.

7. Return Merchandise Policy
To return any merchandise to GDITech.COM (regardless of the
reason for the return), you must first obtain a Return Merchandise
Authorization (RMA) number. To obtain an RMA number, simply
click the "RMA Request" on our home page and provide
the following information:
1. Invoice/order confirmation#
2. Product Sku# (if available)
3. Quantity
4. Product serial# or model #
5. Problem description
We will email you the approved RMA#. Please send back the
RMA Product(s) along with the RMA# on the package and including
a copy each of the relevant invoices. All returns are subject
to prior approval. Please Note: We reserve the right to refuse
or return any products we receive without an RMA number. Products
received without an RMA number may cause a delay in processing
the RMA.
General Terms and Conditions
All returns must be sent freight prepaid within twenty (20)
days of the RMA number issuing date. The customer is responsible
for paying the shipping cost and insurance when returning
products to GDITech.COM. We recommend returned items be shipped
via couriers that issues a tracking number and insure the
package against loss or damage. Collect shipments will not
be accepted. Shipping & handling charges are not refundable.
Please allow 2-4 weeks for refunds to be processed and credited
to your account. All items must be in their original packaging
and in a resellable (as new) condition when received. Please
be sure to include all of the original material that the manufacturer
included with the merchandise (manuals, warranty cards, cables,
etc.). Any discrepancies could result in a delay or partial
forfeiture of your refund. Defective software products may
only be replaced with the same title. When a product is returned
for Warranty Service, GDITech.COM, at its option, will repair
or replace the product and ship the repaired or replaced products
to the customer at our expense. If the product cannot be repaired,
GDITech.com, at its option, will refund or replace with an
equivalent or better model to you.
If, in its sole discretion, GDITech.com decides to issue
a refund for shipping and handling charges, such a refund
shall be based on UPS/Ground charges or USPS First Class postage
- whichever is less.
Any items sent back for RMA services will be tested. If an
item is tested and is determined to be either (1) not defective
or (2) physically damaged by the customer, the customer will
be charged at the current rate of $65/hour ($30 minimum charge).
The physical damaged item is out of warranty service and may
be repairable at current repair rate of $65/hour with a minimum
of $30 flat fee.

8. Warranty Policy
GDITech.com offers a limited warranty against defects in material
and workmanship for computer hardware products we sell. This
limited warranty extends for one year from the date of invoice
- unless stated otherwise on our website. During the warranty
period, GDITech.com will repair or replace, at its sole discretion,
any product that proves to be defective. This limited warranty
does not apply to any products that are subjected to improper
freight/handling, abuse, neglect, or unauthorized repair or
installation. Any repair or installation not authorized by
GDITech.com in writing shall act as an implied waiver of this
limited warranty and relieve GDITech.com of any further obligation
to the customer. Manufacturers may provide their own, separate
warranties in additional to that which is provided by GDITech.COM.
